Counseling
Counseling is at the core of what we do at The Center KSQ. The inception of the design of our integrated-wellness community was founded on the insight and vision of our original counseling team. Counseling is such a vital and important tool. It centers around not what is wrong with you, but about what has happened. This is a paradigm shift in the clinical world and a cornerstone to who we are and how we practice as a team at The Center KSQ.
Winden Rowe, LPC, is the Founder and Director of The Center for Change at Kennett Square. She works with individuals, couples, families, and organizations, bringing a deeply informed and integrative understanding of stress, trauma, and recovery. Her work is grounded in the belief that lasting healing happens when the biological, psychological, and relational effects of trauma are understood together rather than in isolation. Clients often experience Winden as insightful, engaged, and deeply committed to helping them move toward meaningful change.
In addition to her clinical work, Winden lectures, teaches, consults, and writes on trauma, healing, and resilience. She has been featured on National Public Radio’s Morning Edition and Radio Times, and has lectured in Jefferson University’s Community and Trauma Counseling Graduate Program. She is a member of HEAL PA and has served on a University of Pennsylvania community advisory board focused on PTSD, traumatic brain injury, and suicide prevention in military service members. Her growing work in psychedelic-assisted treatment reflects her continued passion for innovative and thoughtful approaches to healing.
