Counseling
Counseling is at the core of what we do at The Center KSQ. The inception of the design of our integrated-wellness community was founded on the insight and vision of our original counseling team. Counseling is such a vital and important tool. It centers around not what is wrong with you, but about what has happened. This is a paradigm shift in the clinical world and a cornerstone to who we are and how we practice as a team at The Center KSQ.
Samantha works with adults, children, and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, bipolar disorder, life transitions, and other common mental health challenges. She brings a warm, thoughtful, and compassionate presence to therapy, creating a space where clients can feel safe enough to be fully themselves. Samantha believes therapy works best when it is collaborative and client-centered, and she partners with each person to support meaningful change in a way that feels authentic, supportive, and individualized.
Her approach is holistic and grounded in the connection between mind, body, and environment. In addition to her clinical training, Samantha’s background in teaching yoga and meditation informs the way she helps clients integrate mindfulness into daily life, build awareness, and strengthen coping skills throughout the healing process. She draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Existential Therapy to support clients with both practical tools and deeper self-understanding.
Samantha practices under clinical supervision as part of The Center for Change at Kennett Square’s supervised counseling team.
