Counseling

Counseling is at the core of what we do at The Center KSQ. The inception of the design of our integrated-wellness community was founded on the insight and vision of our original counseling team. Counseling is such a vital and important tool. It centers around not what is wrong with you, but about what has happened. This is a paradigm shift in the clinical world and a cornerstone to who we are and how we practice as a team at The Center KSQ.

Natalie Onesi
COUNSELING INTERN

Natalie Onesi works with adolescents, adults, and couples navigating life transitions, grief, trauma, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, self-esteem struggles, and maternal mental health concerns. She brings a warm, supportive, and insight-oriented presence to therapy, along with a sense of authenticity and humor that helps create a space that feels welcoming, safe, and deeply human. Natalie believes therapy should not feel rushed or overly clinical, but instead offer a steady and responsive environment where clients can explore their experiences with curiosity and care.

Her approach is grounded in the belief that each person already holds the capacity for resilience and change. Natalie works collaboratively with clients to make sense of their story, recognize patterns in thoughts, emotions, and relationships, and build coping skills that support healing beyond the therapy room. Her background in neuroscience informs her holistic understanding of mental health, helping her consider the many internal and external systems that shape a person’s life. She often draws from mindfulness practices and the eight core components of wellness to help clients feel more grounded, balanced, and connected to themselves
