Counseling
Counseling is at the core of what we do at The Center KSQ. The inception of the design of our integrated-wellness community was founded on the insight and vision of our original counseling team. Counseling is such a vital and important tool. It centers around not what is wrong with you, but about what has happened. This is a paradigm shift in the clinical world and a cornerstone to who we are and how we practice as a team at The Center KSQ.
Eliot Dalton, LPC, is a licensed professional counselor with more than a decade of clinical experience helping teens and adults navigate emotional pain, personal growth, and major life transitions. He brings warmth, openness, and curiosity into the therapy room, creating a space where clients can feel both supported and challenged in meaningful ways. Eliot works with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, chronic illness, and relationship difficulties, with a particular interest in the ways change can unsettle us while also opening the door to growth.
His approach is integrative and individualized, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Eliot believes therapy should reflect the uniqueness of each person, so he tailors treatment to best fit a client’s goals, personality, and circumstances. He is especially thoughtful in supporting clients through the many transitions of life, from adolescence and emerging adulthood to parenthood, partnership changes, loss, and later-life identity shifts.
